Operational IT support agreement

to customers without an IT Department, with pre-defined response
times. Customers with a support agreement are safe in the knowledge
that a skilled engineer will respond to their problems within a
specified time.

Ad-Hoc Service and Repairs
Customers can call on Oakwood Engineers as-and-when needed for
remote diagnostics, telephone or on-site support of their IT related
issues.
Advice and Support
We can offer advice and consultation services on your computers and
server hardware as well as your network cabling and remote office
links / WAN (Wide Area Network), choice of Internet Service
Providers (ISPs) and any other computer related technology.
